Drs. David and Ellen Greene

Drs. David & Ellen Greene - Midtown East Dentists

Dr. David and Dr. Ellen Greene met while both were attending New York University College of Dentistry and got married soon after Dr. David graduated. While Dr. Ellen was finishing her remaining years of dental school, Dr. David continued his education by completing a General Practice Residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City. After residency, Dr. David worked as a part-time clinical instructor of Operative Dentistry at NYU.

Upon Dr. Ellen’s graduation, Drs. David and Ellen Greene began to build their joint practice in New York City. As their practice continued to grow, they moved to their current location at Madison Dental Arts in 2003. Here they were able to have sufficient space to accommodate their patients in a much more comfortable environment and to also bring new partners and specialists into their practice. By building a new office from scratch, they were able to add all of the technology that is necessary for a modern sophisticated dental practice today.

On-going training and education has always been a priority for the Greenes. Dr. Ellen’s pursuits have resulted in her being named a Premier Provider in Invisalign® Orthodontics. They have both studied extensively in the fields of Implant and Cosmetic dentistry. Dr. David earned a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, an organization that focuses on the promotion of continuing education and excellence in the dental profession.

Dr. David and Ellen both received an Associate Fellowship in the World Clinical Laser Institute. They have been selected many times as two of America’s Top Dentists by the Castle Connolly Consumer Guide. They continue to be members of many local and national dental organizations in the never ending pursuit of continuing education.

When not in the office, Dr. David enjoys playing golf and tennis, while Dr. Ellen also enjoys playing tennis as well as doing Pilates. Drs. Ellen and David love to travel and spend time at their home on the eastern end of Long Island with family and friends.
