CARE CREDIT
Care Credit is a personal line of credit for healthcare procedures offering no interest financing every time you use it. There are 3, 6 and 12 month interest-free plans as well as extended payment plans for up to 60 months. CITI HEALTH CARD PROGRAM

DENTAL INSURANCE
As a courtesy to our patients we have always accepted the assignment of dental insurance for most company plans. This helps reduce the out-of-pocket expenses. However, insurance coverage depends entirely on the plan your employer purchases and is a contract between the patient and the insurance company. Patients are ultimately responsible for any outstanding balance not covered by their insurance provider. We are not a participating dental office because we want to be able to give you the best treatment without third party limitations and unnecessary restrictions. We will always help our patients maximize their benefits, including form filing with the insurance company.
